10 Digital Ladies is a network of women working in mid to senior level digital practitioner roles such as product management, strategy, engineering and marketing. It is a not-for-profit venture run by co-founders and directors Laila Edy, Nina Lovelace, Sally Foote, Lucia Adams and chairperson Juliet Bauer with the aim of improving the visibility of, and connections between, women within the digital sector.
The group hosts small, informal ‘support and networking’ meetings in London, where mid to senior level women can discuss issues that relate to their digital career in order to help them reach their full potential with individual events usually focused around a particular topic or career area.
2017 saw the launch of the inaugural 10 Digital Ladies Awards, in association with EY, celebrating the success of 10 amazing women in diverse digital careers, each of whom then headline a 2017 event to share their stories and advice.
