Hi, I’m Laila and I’ve spent the last 15+ years immersed in helping businesses figure out how to create and sell profitable products and services that customers love.
Originally from the corporate world, when I set up my own business I was shocked by the sheer level of noise in the online business space – it felt like a sea of people all arguing that their business is the only right way to do it – and making a lot of money out of other people’s fear of doing it wrong. Fact Finder Questionnaire
The first step is to give me all the information on what you need from your business, in terms of your working capacity, financial needs, and your work preferences when it comes to supporting your clients.
CliftonStrengths Assessment
Sometimes it can be hard to toot your own horn or even realise what you excel at because it comes so naturally to you. As part of your onboarding process, I ask you to complete a CliftonStrenghts Assessment so I can get to know when you shine brightest – bringing more ease into your business starts with ensuring you’re playing to your strengths.
Quarterly Clarity Day
We’ll get together via video link once a quarter so we can review the progress you’ve made, make decisions about anything you want to change, set goals for the next quarter and agree on some key action steps for you to focus on.
Weekly Q&A Days
To make sure we both have adequate space in our weeks for work and rest, you’re free to drop questions to me into Voxer anytime and I’ll respond to anything outstanding on Tuesdays and Wednesdays – so you know when you can expect an answer.
Weekly Accountability Check-ins
Each Monday morning (UK time) I’ll drop you a message via Voxer inviting you to share your focus for the week so you can start your week with clear intentions.
Asset Reviews
Sometimes you just want feedback from someone who ‘gets it’. Whether it’s a new sales page or offer outline, I’ll review up to 3 items you create each quarter and let you know what, if any, improvements you can make for them to work harder for your business.
All-Access Pass
Whilst you’re not new to business, sometimes it can be helpful to have tools and templates to help get your thoughts out of your head and into structured information we can work with to improve your audience clarity, offer eco-system or marketing strategies. You’ll have access to all of my online training and tools throughout our time working together.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Apply
Hit the ‘Reserve Your Spot’ button to be taken to a short application form letting me know a bit about your business, when you’d like to get started and your payment preference.
Step 2: Contract & Payment
If there’s a spot ready for when you want to start I’ll send you over the contract and payment link to secure your spot. If not, I’ll be in touch to talk options.
Step 3: Onboarding
You’ll completed your Fact Find Questionnaire and ClitftonStrenghts Assessment and then we’ll kick things off properly with your first Quarterly Clarity Day where we’ll set goals and priorities for the quarter ahead.
Step 4: Continuous Support
You’ll have access to me, my online training materials and we’ll be checking in with each other throughout the quarter to keep you moving forwards. At the end of the quarter we’ll celebrate your progress, review what has and hasn’t worked well and make decisions about your goals and focus for the next quarter.
Step 5: Renewal
As we approach the end of 6 months working together we’ll do an evaluation of your progress and how the service has been working for you. This service is designed to work as a long term retainer so if you’re happy to continue you’ll have the choice to renew for another 6 months.

This service follows a quarterly rhythm so for simplicity is aligned with the calendar year. That means that there are fixed slots available throughout the year for new clients to join.
This service is booked for a 6 month period and can be paid using one of the following schedules:
Monthly: £500 per month for 6 months
Quarterly: £1,500 per quarter for 2 quarters
Paid in Full: £3,000 paid in full in advance

As a neurodivergent business owner myself, I’m familiar with feeling unaccomdated by a lot of the ‘typical’ business suport out there. I am aim to provide a supportive and neuro-affirming space where youc an show up as fully yourself to make effective decisions, share your ideas, and I’ll keep you accountable without any pressure or shame. My aim is to assist you in overcoming challenges like distraction, self-doubt, and short-term thinking to achieve your long-term goals – without the hustle or rigid rules.
How does the retainer service help in setting clear business goals?
As part of the onboarding we’ll look at your needs and desires both from a personal and business perspective to make sure we’re setting goals that fully support you as an indiviual. As part of this we’ll use my Heart Money Impact® framework that will guide us to create a sustainable balance between what feels good, fills your bank account and fuels positive change in the world.
